Joshua McCarty is a real estate and urban planning analyst based in Chapel Hill, NC. He specializes in using Geographic Information Systems and quantitative analysis to reveal potential sites for redevelopment and urban infill. Josh specializes in developing analytic tools, such as a 3-D tax model to  visually determining differences in per acre tax value. Joshua received his bachelor degree in Economics from UNC Asheville and is currently a candidate for a Master’s in City and Regional Planning at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
